All Clear Films are the sole copyright holders or representatives of the sole copyright holders of all material supplied.

Use on set as playback of any material supplied will incur the agreed charges for use.

No material supplied can be used other than for playback unless by prior arrangement with All Clear Films.

All Clear Films grant the producers the non-exclusive right to copy, reproduce and include the material in the production, and to exploit the material as part of the production (including in any promotional and advertising material for the production) in all media now known or hereafter developed throughout the world in perpetuity.
